COVID-19 POLICY

  • All clients must wear mask during your appointment

  • Hand hygiene will be enforced upon arrival (hand sanitizer or washing hands)

  • If you are sick/been exposed or have COVID-19; Please do not book an appointment until you properly self-quarantine

Please read policy below thoroughly before booking an appointment 

  • Please come to your appointment with hair washed & blow-dried out. I do not wash hair

  • Cash , Zelle , Apple Pay or Square is accepted for payment

  • $25 non-refundable deposit is required for booking; the deposit will be deducted from the total price. Deposit is transferrable if you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours

  • I am located in Severn, MD (by Arundel Mills Mall) address will be sent to you 24 hours in advance of appointment

  • I do not go over another stylist work

  • Reused bundles should be wash, dry & organized

  • Same day / Squeeze -in emergency appointments are an extra $75 fee, please contact us before booking the appointment.

  • Appointments booked after 7:00 PM are considered same-day for the following business day. For example, if you book at 7:15 PM on Wednesday for a Thursday appointment. To ensure availability, please contact us before completing any after-hours booking.

  • Hair is not included in any sew-in or wig service (only when purchasing a wig for sale/please reach out if you need bundles for a sew-in)

  • All installs/wigs cover up to 3 bundles of hair; Each bundle after is an additional $15

  • Closure and wigs should be dropped off at least 3-5 days prior to appointment

  • Coloring service is extra Hair will need to be given 7 days prior appointment

  • 60 percent or the total price is mandatory for pre-order wigs

  • Please book for the service you want; be sure to add styling, cuts, etc. and everything you desire

  • Travel is additional fee depending on the distance

  • Please notify me if you’re running late; after 15 min, there will be a $15 late fee. After 30 min, appointment may be canceled or rescheduled unless proper notice is given

  • No call/no show = No further appointments

  • No extra guest: However, expectations may be made upon appointment (please contact me in advance)

  • There are no refunds, exchange or returns on any wigs, hair appointments, hair accessories/ product due to sanitary reasons; please fully read the product’s description before purchasing

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to all terms and conditions above; Thank you in advance for your cooperation

RETURN

Due to sanitary reason all wigs, and hair accessories /product are final sale. Please read the product description before purchasing to ensure you are ordering correctly.

There is no refund, exchange or returns; That does not mean your satisfaction will not be guarantee Jha moiselle hair will try to accommodate the best way. If you have any issue or concerns, please contact jhamoisellehair@yahoo.com

SHIPPING 

  • All packages are shipped using USPS

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be processed

  • Billing and shipping address must match

  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, COVID-19, or inclement weather,

  • Shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking number when package has been shipped out

  • Weekend and holidays do not count as business days

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items after items has been shipped out

Processing times 

Custom unit turn around is typically 3-14 days; but can vary depending on the volume of unit’s orders in progress 

Pre-orders will be processed and shipped within 7-21 days

Ready to ship/ pickup orders 1-2 business day after your payment (excluding holidays and weekend)
